CipherGraph’s Communication Practices
We like to keep our members informed. In order to keep in contact with you, we will use the information that you provided upon sign-up. Our communications come primarily in the form of email. Our email communications consist of two types of messages: transactional and informational. Transactional messages come directly from the CipherGraph application, and could include email address confirmation, account creation confirmation, and change in account status among others. Informational emails are intended to support your ongoing usage and to help you derive the most benefit possible from your CipherGraph usage. Informational messages may contain usage suggestions, a summary of your deployment history, and offers from our corporate partners.
Managing Communication Preferences
We don’t want to annoy you with unwanted emails. Members can choose to opt out from receiving informational emails from CipherGraph and our corporate partners. To do so, simply click on the “opt-out” link in any of those emails. CipherGraph does not permit members to opt-out from receiving transactional messages, as these messages communicate key information regarding your account and are sent based on your actions. On rare occasions, CipherGraph employees may actually pick up the phone and call you. We respect your communication preferences, so if you don’t want us to call you, just let us know – via phone or email at info@CipherGraph.com.
